Bad Weather, Bad Weather

During these times the weather starts to get really cold. Too cold to be out on the bike, espcially with the cycling clothe I have. Time to invest in some warmer clothe. The temperature is dropping rather quickly and is now around the 7-10 degress celcius. The temperature could be worse but the overcast skies and wind doesn’t help in any way. Sadly my season on the road bike didn’t last any longer than a couple of months so I’m really looking forward to the next season.

PMA 2008 Initial Exhibitors List

PMA (Photo Marketing Association) has released their initial exhibitors list for the 2008 show. PMA is the Worlds leading conference and trade show in the photo imaging community. The show will be held between January 31 – February 2, 2008 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Here’s the link for the initial list.

Here are a few images if my Cannondale CAAD 9 a.k.a “The Green Machine”. All the images was shot with a Nikon D200, Nikon AF-D 50/1.8 and Nikon SB-600 Flash. Images was imported to Adobe Photoshop Lightroom and later Adobe Photoshop for post-processing.

I’ve always had mountain bikes as my human powered transportation. Nothing special, just a couple of MTB’s in order to get from A to B [still waiting for teleportation to work]. In the last couple of months I’ve become more and more interested in road bikes and a few weeks ago I finally bought my first road bike. After reading reviews and talking to the specialists at different forums and bike shops I settled on the Cannondale CAAD 9 road bike in Team Liquigas colors. Cannondale is famous for their aluminum road bike frames and this one is no exception. The CAAD 9 is one of the stiffest and most responsive aluminum frame in the Cannondale product line up. The bike is mounted with Shimano 105. I have plans of upgrading the original Shimano WH-RS10 wheels with Fulcrum Racing 3 for better stiffness and performance. Now I’m going to ride the heck out of it !
